Welcome to the Competency Exploration for Development And Readiness (CEDAR) Training page. CEDAR is an online competency assessment tool used to determine competency proficiency levels to better understand employee competency strengths and gaps.
On this page, you will find guides for supervisors and employees, a communications kit, Q&As, and an information sheet. Inquire with your agency POC about additional instructions and training materials available for agency employees. You can also contact the CEDAR OPM Administrator at cedar@opm.gov.
